The new UnityPoint Health Family Medicine Clinic in Conrad is a modern healthcare facility designed to serve residents of Conrad and the surrounding rural communities with convenient, high-quality primary care close to home.
Located at 205 N. Hartwig Street, the new clinic opened in late 2025 and replaces the former clinic location that served the community for decades. The new 5,500-square-foot facility was designed to improve patient comfort, efficiency, and access to care while supporting the growing healthcare needs of the region.
The clinic is staffed by a dedicated team of healthcare professionals who provide comprehensive family medicine services for patients of all ages. Services include preventive care, wellness visits, treatment for illnesses and injuries, chronic disease management, immunizations, and coordination of care with medical specialists.
The upgraded facility includes modern exam rooms, on-site lab services, X-ray capabilities, and telehealth technology, allowing patients to connect with specialty providers without leaving the community. These improvements enhance both patient safety and access to care while reducing the need for travel to larger cities.
